We start by inspecting the piece, looking for loose buttons, small rips and other pre-existing damage to ensure they aren’t made worse during cleaning.

The cleaning process begins with a thorough vacuuming to remove dry soils.  In most cases, we then pre-treat the fabric to loosen remaining soils.  Finally, we use a gentle, low-moisture cleaning tool that quickly extracts the water.  Cushions are placed upright after cleaning – ideally with a fan blowing on them – to promote speedy drying.

If life’s little spills have taken their toll on your upholstery, we offer a full arsenal of spot and stain removal techniques.  We can then help prevent future stains on most fabrics by applying protectors, such as DuPont™ Teflon® Advanced or 3M Scotchgard™ Protector. 

If odors from pets, cigarettes or other sources are a concern, we offer deodorizing and odor control treatments.
